挪威自2017年以来首次出现月度贸易逆差除尘

中国石化新闻网讯 据路透社10月15日奥斯陆报道，由于天然气销售的急剧下降和原油价格的下跌（挪威最重要的两个出口产品），周二，挪威报告了近两年来的首次月度贸易逆差。

挪威统计局 (SSB) 表示，9月份的缺口为12亿挪威克朗（合1.32亿美元），这是自2017年11月以来首次出现贸易逆差，也是近20年来的第三次。

挪威统计局数据显示，通常占出口收入约一半的石油和天然气下跌至39%左右。

由于天然气价格下跌以及海上平台和分销终端的维护工作导致出口量下降了三分之一以上，挪威天然气出口额同比下降了68%。

原油出口额下降19%，主要原因是价格下降。

Equinor（挪威国家石油公司）本月从其Johan Sverdrup油田开始生产原油，这是自上世纪80年代以来最大的一次北海原油发现，预计将为出口带来巨大的推动。

今年迄今的贸易顺差从2018年的2064亿克朗降至1063亿克朗。

Norway posts first monthly trade deficit since 2017 as oil, gas exports drop

Norway on Tuesday reported its first monthly trade deficit in almost two years, triggered by a sharp fall in sales of natural gas and a decline in the price of crude oil, the country’s two most important exports.

The gap, for September, was 1.2 billion Norwegian crowns ($132 million), Statistics Norway (SSB) said. It was the first negative monthly trade balance since November 2017 and only the third in the last 20 years.

Oil and gas, which normally contribute about half of export revenues, declined to around 39%, SSB’s data showed.

The value of gas exports declined 68% year-on-year as prices fell and volumes dropped by more than a third due to maintenance work at offshore platforms and distribution terminals.

The value of crude exports fell 19%, mainly due to lower prices.

State-controlled oil firm Equinor this month began production from its Johan Sverdrup oil field, the largest North Sea crude discovery since the 1980s, which is expected to provide a significant boost to exports.

The year-to-date trade surplus fell to 106.3 billion crowns from 206.4 billion in 2018.
